At Tobrio, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as you received it.
  • Be unused and unworn.
  • Include all original tags and packaging.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order receipt.

Once your return request is approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to return your item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at infotobrio@gmail.com. We'll review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final-sale items

If you're not sure whether your item is eligible for a return, please contact us before submitting a request.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible for a refund) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
